Prithviraj Chauhan was a king in the 12th century had ruled North India's Delhi and Ajmer empires. Prithviraj Chauhan was the last man who had ruled the throne of Delhi. Early Life of Prithviraj Chauhan -

Prithviraj Chauhan was very brave and skillful in war art since childhood From childhood, he practiced word piercing arrow art, in which he used to accurately target on the basis of voice. 

After the death of his father in war in 1179, Chauhan was declared successor. He cleared two capitals Delhi and Ajmer, Who was handed over to him by his grandfather Akkal and Angapal III of Tomra dynasty. 

As king, He organized several campaigns to expand his empire and became known as a brave warrior. The glory of war with his Mohammed Gauri reached the Sanyogita, daughter of Jayachand, king of Kannauj. In the days of Jayachand's fame, the rival Rajput Dynasty had established himself in Delhi. At that time, there was the rule of Prithviraj Chauhan on Delhi, who was a brave and fearless person. Due to constant military campaigns, Prithviraj had spread his empire to Sambhar, Gujarat and East Punjab of Rajasthan.

Jayachand sent an invitation to all the big and small princes of the country to join the royal self. But he deliberately did not invite Prithviraj. Prithviraj learned of this thoughtful move of Jaychand And he made a secret plan to get his girlfriend Sanyogita. On the day of Swayamvar, all the princes gathered in the Sabha. She ignored everyone and reached the main gate and she put the garland around the idol of Prithviraj's neck, the gatekeeper. 

All the people gathered in the meeting were stunned by this decision. Because she respected a non-living statue, shaming all the princes. But Jayachand was still shocked to see Prithviraj stood in front of the idol of the gatekeeper and he made Sanyogita on his horse and went to his capital at Delhi with speed. Jayachand and his army followed them. 

And as a result there was a fierce battle between those two states in 1189 and 1190 In which both the armies suffered a lot. 

 

Prithviraj Chauhan's defeat and imprisonment -

Muhammad Gauri did not respect Prithviraj generosity and in 1192 again attacked Prithviraj in night. Muhammad Ghauri with his strongest force in the 17th time. Before the intermission, attacked Rajput army and defeated Prithviraj this time. 

Defeated Prithviraj was brought in Afghanistan. The pain of Prithviraj did not end here. Chandravardai asked Prithviraj to take revenge for the atrocities committed against him. Both of them got an opportunity when Gauri organized an archery game. On the advice of Chandvardai, Prithviraj expressed his desire to join Gauri in this game. Hearing this from Prithviraj, Gauri's court officials began to laugh about how one blind wants to participate in archery. Prithviraj told Muhammad Gauri that either he killed him or let him take part in the game. Chandrarvardai told Gauri from Prithviraj's side and said that being a king, he can accept the order of a king. Muhammad Gauri jamir was hurt and he agreed.

Prithviraj Chauhan Death -

मुहम्मद गौरी ने पृथ्वीराज की उदारता का सम्मान नहीं किया और 1192 में फिर से पृथ्वीराज पर हमला किया, मुहम्मद गौरी ने 17 वीं बार अपने सबसे मजबूत बल के साथ। मध्यांतर से पहले, राजपूत सेना पर हमला किया और इस बार पृथ्वीराज को हराया। पराजित पृथ्वीराज को अफगानिस्तान लाया गया। पृथ्वीराज का दर्द यहीं खत्म नहीं हुआ। घोर में कैद रहते हुए, उसे मुहम्मद गौरी के दरबार में घसीटा गया और उसे मुसलमान बनने के लिए सताया गया। जब पृथ्वीराज को मुहम्मद गौरी के पास लाया गया, तो वह गौरी की आँखों में देख रहा था। पृथ्वीराज का यह कृत्य गौरी को बहुत अपमानजनक लग रहा था और उसने उसे आँखें बंद करने का आदेश दिया। पृथ्वीराज ने उनसे कहा, "आज, मेरी वजह से, तुम जीवित हो और केवल मृत्यु के बाद एक राजपूत की आंखें बन्द होती हैं" गौरी ने पृथ्वीराज की यह बात सुनी और पृथ्वीराज की आँखों को गर्म सलाखों से जलाने का आदेश दिया। इसके बाद, कई बार उसे गौर के दरबार में लाकर उसका उत्पीड़न किया गया।

उस समय पृथ्वीराज पूर्व जीवनीकार चंदवरदाई उनके साथ थे। और उन्होंने पृथ्वीराज के जीवन पर पृथ्वीराज रासो की जीवन कहानी लिखी। चंद्रवरदाई ने पृथ्वीराज को अपने साथ हुए अत्याचारों का बदला लेने के लिए कहा। दोनों को एक मौका मिला जब गौरी ने तीरंदाजी खेल का आयोजन किया। चंदवरदाई की सलाह पर, पृथ्वीराज ने गौरी से इस खेल में शामिल होने की इच्छा व्यक्त की। पृथ्वीराज की यह बात सुनकर, गौरी के दरबारियों ने हंसना शुरू कर दिया कि एक अंधा तीरंदाजी में कैसे भाग लेना चाहता है। पृथ्वीराज ने मुहम्मद गौरी से कहा कि या तो वह उसे मार डाले या उसे खेल में भाग लेने दे। चंद्रवरदाई ने पृथ्वीराज की ओर से गौरी को बताया और कहा कि एक राजा होने के नाते, वह एक राजा के आदेश को स्वीकार कर सकता है। मुहम्मद गौरी जमीर को चोट लगी और वह सहमत हो गया। दिनों का उल्लेख है, गौरी अपने सिंहासन पर बैठे थे और पृथ्वीराज को जमीन पर लाया गया था। पृथ्वीराज को पहली बार मुक्त किया गया था। गौरी ने पृथ्वीराज को तीर चलाने का आदेश दिया। और पृथ्वीराज ने गौरी की आवाज की ओर एक तीर लगाया और गौरी की उस समय मृत्यु हो गई।

पृथ्वीराज चौहान की मृत्यु -
